Today I will talk about a program that many people already know about it is called open office this is a free alternative to Microsoft's office, it has all the components you will find in Microsoft Office. They are a word processor, presentation, spreadsheets, mathematical function creator, drawing tool and database. It is very easy to share your work with any one who has Microsoft office. Under file menu click save As you will see file type here you will find you can change the extension of the file, to allow anyone running Microsoft office to access your files. You will be able to open Microsoft office documents with no problem. You now have a fully functioning office suite absolutely free.
