What I liked about this site is you have the ability to back up your data access it from anywhere and share it with whoever you want at any given time.

Here are two very useful web sites mailbigfile.com and yousendit.com these sites allow you to e-mail a large file up to 100 MB they are very useful for sending files that are under 100 MB but are to big for conventional e-mail.

A netcast is audio or video content that has been pre-recorded that you can then listen to or watch from the Internet or download to watch on your computer or if you have an MP3 player you can listen to it on the go or if you have a portable video device you may watch them on that device also.
